Lady Bug Musik is a fun activity to sign your little ones up to that not only let’s them sing and play, but also encourages physical, emotional, social, language and literacy development.
The classes allow for children to develop an appreciation of music and allows them to engage with a range of instruments, toys and games during the lessons.
There are three types of classes, Baby Bounce for 0-18 months, Music Time for 0-5-year-olds and Music Maestros for 4-5-year-olds. There are also extension classes for 3-5-year-olds too.
The classes run for 30 minutes during school terms with 10-12 families per class. Classes run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The classes have been developed by Rachel Greenwood who established Lady Bug Musik in 2003. parents and carers are encouraged to participate. There are limited spots available so be sure to book in. They are run from St Marks Church Hall, Hurstville and there is easy street parking and pram access.
If you want to get an insight into what the classes involve, you can check out Rachel’s videos here.
