The Healthy Life Mums and Bubs Classes

All ages
The Healthy Life offers a range of health and fitness classes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs of Rosebery and Botany.

Run by Kristy, a personal trainer and mum of three, the classes are fun and challenging and designed for all types of fitness levels.

Kristy offers group training, personal training, corporate training and of course, mums and bubs training.

There are three mums and bubs group classes on each week:

Mondays, 9.30-10.15am at Booralee Park, Botany
Wednesdays, 9.30-10.15am at Crete Reserve Rosebery
Fridays,  9.30-10.15am at Booralee Park, Botany

Bring along your baby or child and join their wonderful group of like-minded mums. The specialised classes are suitable for during and after pregnancy. Sometimes classes will also include a nanny to help keep an eye on the little ones.

The Healthy Life normal group classes are on Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday at various times and locations, either at Turruwul Park, Rosebery or at Dalmeny Ave Gym.

You can sign up for single, double or triple group training sessions a week.

Mums and Bubs Fitness and Exercise Classes

All ages
If you’re a new mum and you want to get back into exercising – or better yet, start exercising for the first time – and you’re not sure what to do with your bub, check out Kommando K8 Fitness’ outdoor classes.

With classes in Miranda, Cronulla and Ramsgate, Kommando K8 has the Shire and St George region covered.

You can bring your babies to any of the sessions and on Mondays and Wednesdays there’s even an on-site creche for kids of all ages. They get to fun activities and play with toys, crafts, play doh and bubbles.

While the bubs are being kept entertained, mums can focus on getting stronger. Kommando K8 is suited for women of all abilities, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the session will be modified for you. There’s also a great mix of classes on offer, from circuit to “bums & tums”, boxercise and full body strength.

You can join a class or ask for a private PT session.
