Halloween events for kids in Sydney 2022

From Halloween discos to haunted houses, market stalls and more, here are a variety of Halloween themed events happening in Sydney for the whole family.

C Side Kids Creative Playcentre in Collaroy Beach is having a Halloween party with slime making, messy play, spooky craft, fancy dress and a goodie bag. 9.30am-4.30pm, October 29 & 30. More info.  

Amici Family Bistro in Kingsgrove is holding a Halloween Disco across two nights, but places are limited. There will be a prize for best dressed. Saturday night is already sold out but Friday has a couple of tables left. 6.30-10.30pm, October 28 & 29, 203 Stoney Creek Rd, Kingsgrove. More on Facebook.

The Taren Point Hotel is having a Halloween Spooktacular. There will be a reptile zoo, disco, games, dancing, prizes for the best dressed plus frozen slushies and milkshakes. From 12pm, Sunday, October 30. Check their website for more.

Bondi Public School is putting on a Halloween Fete with rides and jumping castles, a petting zoo, entertainment, food stalls, carnival alley, mad science classes and face painting. There will also be a coffee cart, mocktails, slushies, bubble tea plus a disco and karaoke lounge. 10am-3pm, Sunday, October 30, 5 Wellington St, Bondi. More info here.

Petersham Bowling Club is putting on a kid’s Halloween disco. It’s free entry, there’ll be best-dressed competitions for toddlers, kids and adults and there will be Monster Mash DJs. 4.30-7.30pm, Monday, October 31. More info.

Habberfield Public School’s P&C is putting on an epic Halloween Carnival with a disco, rides, and a raffled. 11am-4pm, Saturday, October 29. More info on Facebook.

Nicholson St Public School in Balmain East is also having a Halloween Festival. There will be a best dressed competition, prizes, stalls, activities, and performances and rides. 1-6pm, Saturday, October 29. More info here.

St Marys Rugby League Club is having a Halloween Kids Dance Party, with two hours of fun, games, prizes and loud music. $15 per child, $3 per adult. 6-8pm, Friday, October 28. In the Boronia showroom, St Marys Rugby League Club. Check Facebook for more.

Luddenham Showground will be home to a Family Spooktacular with a kids disco, rides, food trucks, stalls and more. All inclusive tickets include a kids activity trail where they complete an activity book and then get to trick or treat our characters to claim their prizes. 5-9pm, Saturday, October 29. Casula Mall is having a fun trick or treat trail through the shopping centre. Arrive at the Spooky Cart and receive a free loot bag and a clue sheet to help you find the retailers who have treats. When you complete the trail, head back to the Spooky Cart for a small prize to take home. You can also colour in your loot bag to use again on Halloween night. Saturday, October 29. Paddy’s Markets Flemington is having a three-day Spookfest. There will be a range of food trucks, live music, rides, kids entertainment and activities for all ages to enjoy, plus their usual market stalls. 10am-4.30pm, Friday, October 28-Sunday, October 30. More info on their Facebook event.

Kids World play centre in Bankstown is having a Halloween Spooktacular. There will be a disco, games, prizes for the best dressed and there’s also the option to grab a meal too. Prices are $15 for entry or $22 for entry plus a meal and drink. 5-7.30pm, Friday, October 28. Kidsworldplay.com.au
